Game Guide - Scoring Points

Listed below is the scoring breakdown for ICC World T20 Fantasy Cricket 2014.

Remember, your designated captain will score double points (both positive and negative).

Batting
Run scored: 1 pt
Six runs (off one ball) bonus: 6 pts
Dismissed (except bowlers*): -5 pts
Dismissed for a duck (inclusive of above, except bowlers*): -10 pts

Players will therefore score 12 points for scoring six runs off a single ball.

* Bowlers, as classified on the Player List are not deducted points for being dismissed.

Milestone bonus:
25 runs: 15 pts
50 runs: 30 pts
75 runs: 45 pts
100 runs: 60 pts
125 runs: 75 pts
150 runs: 90 pts
175 runs: 105 pts
200 runs: 120 pts

Run rate bonus (for players scoring 20 runs or more):
89.99 runs per 100 balls or less: -10 pts
Between 90.00 and 119.99 runs per 100 balls: 0 pts
Between 120.00 and 149.99 runs per 100 balls: 10 pts
Between 150.00 and 179.99 runs per 100 balls: 20 pts
Between 180.00 and 209.99 runs per 100 balls: 30 pts
210.00 runs per 100 balls or more: 40 pts

Bowling
Wicket (except dismissal of bowler**): 30 pts
Wicket (dismissal of bowler**): 15 pts
Maiden over: 10 pts

** Players are rewarded with twice as many points for dismissing a recognised batsman, all-rounder or wicket-keeper than a bowler - players categorised as on the Player List.

Milestone bonus:
Two wickets: 15 pts
Three wickets: 30 pts
Four wickets: 45 pts
Five wickets: 60 pts
Six wickets: 75 pts
Seven wickets: 90 pts
Eight wickets: 105 pts
Nine wickets: 120 pts

Economy rate bonus (for players bowling two overs or more):
3.00 runs per over or less: 40 pts
Between 3.01 and 4.50 runs per over: 30 pts
Between 4.51 and 6.00 runs per over: 20 pts
Between 6.01 and 7.50 runs per over: 10 pts
Between 7.51 and 9.00 runs per over: 0 pts
9.01 runs per over or more: -10 pts

Fielding
Catch: 10 pts
Stumping: 20 pts
Run out (direct): 20 pts
Run out (indirect/per player): 10 pts

Substitutes will also gain fielding points as above.

Man of the Match
Official Man of the Match: 50 pts

Players classed as batsmen are eligible to score bowling points and vice versa.

Please note that points will be awarded in abandoned matches based on events up until the abandonment.
